Imagine you're taking a passport photo. Colour analysis is a science — clear, neutral lighting is essential.


For best results
- • Face the window — daylight should hit your face full-on, evenly, with no shadow across it
- • Camera positioned in front of the window, lens pointing back at you
- • Avoid side-lighting, direct sun, lamps, or coloured walls
- • Plain white or off-white wall behind you
- • No makeup, hair tied back
- • Plain neutral top (white or grey)
- • Head & shoulders in frame — prop your phone up or hold at arm's length
- • Camera at eye level, neutral expression
