Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your Hueme™ Colour App subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or any renewal payment.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Hueme orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your purchase using the email address you used to subscribe, or
- Email us at hello@hueme.app and we'll process the refund through Paddle on your behalf.
Refunds are usually issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
After 30 days
After the 30-day window, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, but if something has clearly gone wrong on our side (the service was broken, you were charged in error, etc.), email us — we'll always try to do the right thing.
Top-up packs
One-off top-up packs (£1.99 / +50 AI try-ons) are refundable within 30 days only if you have not used any of the additional try-ons granted by that pack.
Cancelling future renewals
Cancelling your subscription stops the next renewal but does not automatically refund the current billing period. You'll keep access to paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Statutory rights
This policy does not affect any non-waivable consumer rights you have under your local law (such as UK/EU rights of withdrawal for digital services).
